Currently Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers is still not up for sale...Fred said it was supposed to be up between Christmas and New years. The info i had about a week before Christmas was that the blus were done (signed and all) and ready to go up for sale...don't know why theyre not up yet, the anticipation has been killing me...ive been checking amazon.com daily and will continue to do so, and ill post here as soon as anything changes.

Yeah, I keep constantly checking it on Amazon too. Has Fred said anything since his last comment about it?

When are we going to see THE ALIEN FACTOR come out on blu-ray?

Hell, they have quite a few titles I'd love to see on blu:

SASQUATCH, THE LEGEND OF BIGFOOT (1977)
THE GIANT SPIDER INVASION (1975)
SNOWBEAST (1977)

I'm guessing you're joking but just in case you're not...yes all blus will be signed BUT they have reversible covers...same both sides just one side will be signed and the other side won't.

Still no update for this on amazon, hopefully they will get it up this week.

I'll wait and see how the encoding is on Retromedia's BDs. Their DVDs were never anything to get excited about, tech-wise.

I'm leaning toward 88's releases.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Quite a few Retromedia DVD's had Dolby audio tracks with a skimpy 112kbps bitrate. Practically any other studio uses at least 192kbps.
