This is the same reason I stopped ordering from amazon years ago. Almost every time my stuff would arrive damaged because of terrible packaging.

I've had a some of my cases arrive broken, but I've also had them arrived damaged from Target and Shout! Factory, and a package from Walmart that is still "lost" in one of the UPS centers, and that's been over 5 years ago.

No retailer is perfect, but Amazon has had an astonishingly high defect rate. I get fewer problems with third-party sellers than I do with Amazon itself.

My worst had to come from Shout Factory. I purchased that Power Rangers Legacy set for $650, and whoever package it purposely bent the 4 exclusive lithographs.

Everyone who pre-ordered more than likely will. I don't recall people having issues when this happened with other studios like Disney.

I'm still trying to figure out what I'm going to do since I didn't pre-order before this crap, and I don't see a good option for me to get this on release day at this point. I don't have time to go to a store after work on Friday, nor do I really want to bother making a special trip the next day.
