How did she just suddenly become an it girl? Was it because of Paper Towns? I feel like she was just a model who was friends with celebrities only well known in gossip magazines (which is how I firs heard of her) and then all of a sudden got cast in like three to four big movies this year and next year.

She is easily one of the most famous models in the world, and she's just huge on social media. She made the decision to cut back a bit on the modeling and take on acting. And with such a built in fan base producers would be crazy not to give her a chance.

It's quite remarkable how insanely famous she is compared to the number of movies she's in. Not counting Anna Karenina, she has one movie on BD and one in theatres.

She's not famous (yet) for being an actress. But when you have over 3M followers on Twitter and over 16M on Instagram ... people know you.

Her whacky personality helps.

It will be interesting to see what happens with her acting career.

Is it normal to have five times as many followers on Instagram as on Twitter? Is it because she's posting those topless shots on Instagram?

I only do Twitter and come in contact with Instagram through that. The pics are so tiny now

I think that it's not all that rare for a super-model to have far more followers on Instagram. I just checked a few Victoria's Secret Angels, and most of them have definite multiples when comparing Instagram and Twitter.

Taylor Swift, on the other hand, has 61M Twitter followers and about 40M Instagram followers.

So, I think it's the super-model thing.

Cara was on Live with Kelly and Michael a few days ago. Kelly said that there are about 30 Twitter accounts devoted to Cara's eyebrows.

I believe it. I love watching Cara do interviews. She seems genuinely sweet and has a really cute accent. Cara is just so damn sexy!

I hadn't even heard Cara Delevigne's name until a week ago now it seems like she is everywhere.

She is still so bloody cute and sexy even when she is making funny faces.

I want to see it, yes. I'm not sure if I'll see it when it is in theaters, but it does look pretty good and I definitely plan on seeing it eventually.

Plus, I loved The Fault in Our Stars and Paper Towns is based on a book written by the same author as The Fault in Our Stars, so I have a feeling I'll enjoy it.

Yes, Cara is a goofball and that is one of the reasons why I love her! lol She is awesome!

She has about 16 million followers on Instagram and I am 1 of them.

Her bio actually says "Don't worry, be happy. Embrace your weirdness."

Yeah, those eyes is right. She has a unique look, and it's a gorgeous one at that.

See, like Martha Hunt, fellow VS Angel -- she's obviously gorgeous too. A knockout. But, and I don't mean this as a criticism, she looks sort of like your typical really beautiful tall blonde runway model. If you don't follow fashion all the time, you might not be able to remember who she is, in other words (compared to all the other really beautiful tall blondes).

But Cara -- you never forget her.
