There was an HD DVD troll here who posted that rumor last time. This isn't anything like that.

Nothing wrong with a little caution and skepticism, but do not compare this current situation to that one.

That's the one whom I refer to, claiming to be an insider. I just find it harder and harder to trust anyone anymore. And you're right I shouldn't compare the two, but all the same I will wait and see. It would be nice if they did however. Maybe then we won't get those horrid VC-1 and Dolby Digital 5.1 conversions same as hd dvd. If I am wrong I will admit it with great pride and eat my words like humble pie.

Toshiba is garbage. Everything they make is garbage from PCs to DUD players.


The only compomise there will be on a format next year is Toshiba bending over and getting kicked in the ass by BDA.
