Captain America: Civil War
Deadpool
Star Trek Beyond
Suicide Squad
Doctor Strange

Those are the only ones that I'm actually excited for. I'll see several others, but they aren't " to get my tickets on opening weekend" titles.

I didn't research 2016's movies yet to pick them out, but your list has most of what I plan to see with a couple exceptions. Thanks.

Won't be released in 2016 though. And it won't be titled "Porno" as Boyle stated in an interview. Per the IMDB page (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2763304/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1), it has an estimated release date of 2017. That's probably a soft estimate at this point as the film is not yet in production.

Still looking forward to it...

Not sure mate. Think I heard it's shooting early 2016 so maybe end of the year or start of 2017.

Yeah I know, I seen that too. It should be titled Porno, after the book. What else are they gonna call it? Not as if it's gonna be a film for kids anyway so what does it matter. Of course there's the advertising to think about. You couldn't have Porno on the side of a bus or in the paper promoting it but I just can't think of anything else they should call it.

I'm sure I'll be tarred and feathered for saying this but judging from the lists on this thread, it looks like another banner year of predictable product from Hollywood, that is, another year of sequels, re-threads, remakes, and superhero movies.

So far: Godzilla Resurgence (I love Godzilla and with the talent involved this one has potential, even if it comes out bad it should be an interesting failure if nothing else), Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (very curious to see how they'll differentiate this from the main movies, and how good or bad Gareth Edwards will be at directing it) and X-Men: Apocalypse (the last three X-Men movies have all been varying degrees of good, so... this one should be too).

Nothing else I'd say I'm actively looking forward to at this point in time, but there's a few I will certainly end up seeing in time, and I'm sure there will be movies popping up I haven't heard about.

After a cursory glance through Wikipeda, doesn't look like a big year of must-sees for me.

Will Definitely See (in order of desire)

* X-Men: Apocalypse
* Captain America: Civil War
* Suicide Squad

Interested In / Might See
* Criminal
* USS Indianapolis: Men of Courage
* The Legend of Tarzan
* Gambit
* Inferno
* Star Wars: Rogue One

lol, I didn't realize there are two movies with "Resurgence" in the secondary title. For a moment there, I thought you were taking a stab at Roland Emmerich or something.

Godzilla should be great.
