Here is the post where they replaced the unit after I complained in the dealer show room: https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=287209
Then yesterday a reconditioned of our old model showed up. Only took a couple months Original post: Our previous unit died under extended warranty. Our current unit died a couple months ago under the Onkyo warranty. We haven't seen it since. Now the local shop that replaced everything in it shipped it to Onkyo.
