No matter what HD-DVD owners will have to buy a BR player anyway or are they just going to stop watching high def movies althogether?

If you can't afford $300 for a player....<sigh!> come on guys, its not like that is a lot of money here. The $100 bill is the new $20...$300 is not quite an impulse buy for most working americans, but neither does it require someone to save for months to get one either!

The price issue has been beaten to death, and guys, price isn't holding people back! The fear that their $300 will be wasted because it may become the next Betamax is. Now that people can be assured that Blu-Ray will win, we will see more mainstream customers going Hi-Def with Blu.
