However, in Europe, it looks like they will get the alternative artwork also. It's still not perfect, but I like it much better:

I wish Universal had gone with the pig artwork from the poster, but maybe they are / were saving that for a SteelBook release.

I may wait and get an import disc of this.
It will be interesting to see what artwork is used on the steelbook.

No, there's not one out yet, but possibly for the future.

I have been wanting to see this but hate paying $23-$25 for a Universal BD that I know will be $14.99 or less in a month or 2. Esp with how week their extras are now anymore. Also hate streaming and refuse to pay $20 for digital rental.

So I found a nice middle ground, the BD was in the Redbox at Wal-Mart this morning. $2 for now, then if I somehow hate it I don't have to worry about selling it off. If I do love it, I'll get it when it the price drops and only save $8 instead of $10.

Holy **** was that fun!

I'll definitely be picking this up. Have to look at the rent as I just paid $2 extra now to see it now, only 3 & 3/4 months after I ****ing should've. Damn corona. *****ing out of the way...

I really can't think of one thing that I didn't like in it. Perfectly poking at both sides of the political divide, funny as hell, nice and gory, great payoff. Little bit predictable in spots, but very not-so in others. Love every twist.

Hopefully there will still be slips around when it price drops, 99% of Universal titles still do so I like my odds.

Awesome! I can't wait. My copy arrives tomorrow. I ordered from Amazon. Not sure what happened, I have Amazon Prime and I usually get two day shipping. This time, however, my order is arriving within 24hours!

I'm guessing you didn't see the trailer which spoiled most of the movie? I also enjoyed it when I saw it in the theatre, but that second act kind of dragged.

But I'll also wait for a price drop to $14.99.

I definitely saw a trailer before it got held up for being "too controversial", but that was many bowls and drinks ago. Can't recall if it was spoilerific or not. I just knew it looked fun and the wife and I both said "**** yeah, day one", but with no daycare by release, that didn't happen.

Got my copy in from Target on Tuesday.... good lord what an interesting ride that was! I knew very little about it going in....total blind buy. I will be watching again.

(I was going to make an observation over the demographics of ALL the people that got killed in this film, but will refrain).

Mine arrived this afternoon in pristine condition and very nice embossed slipcover. I'm thrilled and will be watching the film this evening.

Got mine from Target during the same deal and no slip on mine. I’m tempted to go buy it again and return it slipless.
