LOL, this thread is hilarious. But mystik, that's kinda putting it too simple. DUDders are dorks, but Blu has its share of dorks too (like me). So it should be like this:

HD-DVD: misinformed dorks
Blu: professionals, cool individuals, well-informed dorks

Creepy is being kind and yes he does make your point very well for you.

Why someone would knowingly put themselves out there like this, open for public ridicule is the scary part. You know the guy had to watch it back after he recorded it, 10 times at least. Can you be such a dork that you are totally unaware that you're a dork and your brain actually processes this information in the positive fashion necessary to press the send button?

Someone needs to take the computer away from this gentleman and buy him a home basket weaving kit. He might accidentally find someone on-line, of the opposite sex and propagate.

Well, after reading your post, I'm leaning towards a new equation:

HD DVD = Dorks
Blu-Ray = D*cks

But maybe I shouldn't be ******** and stereotype people, but as a Blu-Ray owner, my equation does give the option of being a d*ck.

Dangit, we really need a thumbs up smiley. Couldn't have said it better myself. Everyone here is pretty much a geek/dork when it comes to technology so let's all just think about that for a moment...savor it.

Plus, every time I step into a Best Buy it's always some pimple faced 13 year old at the Blu-ray section picking up movies...does that mean that only young teens with a PS3 are buying movies? No, I would think not.

It would be cruel to make fun of HD DVD fans if they somehow were blocked from buying Blu-ray players and discs.

But is it cruel to make fun of people that have the power to change?
