Will double-check to make sure, but one of the Reform School Girls Blu-ray mediabooks available directly from Wicked-Vision (I was checking for Cover A), when I visited the website earlier it appeared it was no longer available (the front cover has a similar style artwork to the slipcover on Vinegar Syndrome's release).
Can't get them yet, but am keeping an eye on the availability of some titles in Wicked-Vision's sale (and the aforementioned title is one of them). |

Haven't posted about this in the Movie Deals sub-forum, so if someone else wanted to post about it there that would be helpful: have visited Wicked Vision's website, following reading elsewhere on here (the 3-D sub-forum) about a new title being made available to pre-order (Silent Madness 3D (Thrill Kill Collection #01), and discovered they have currently got an 'Easter Madness' sale on as well (up to 70% off). It says on Wicked Vision's website that the sale was on between Saturday 12th and Wednesday 30th April (assuming the sale has been extended).
Noticed one film I have been wanting to get the German Blu-ray mediabook release of, 3:15 (the cast including Adam Baldwin), is on there. All of the various mediabook covers for that film are in the sale by the looks of it. But with the Burt Reynolds film Stick, only two of the mediabook covers are still available on Wicked Vision's website (covers B and C). Correction: Had a senior moment FantasticMrFox (you've posted about Silent Madness 3D as well (further up this page). ![]() Last edited by OceanBlue; 05-08-2025 at 11:15 PM. I'd be tempted to pick up Silent Madness but I think my days of ordering direct from Wicked Vision are over, I got a few discs recently in terrible condition and their customer service so far has been poor - as soon as a company starts telling me scratched discs are fine then it's time to stop buying from that company.

I've purchased a lot of times from Wicked Vision and never received a single scratched disc. On multiple occasions I contacted their customer support and they always replied fast and where very helpful and friendly. |

Wicked Vision previously were helpful but last time I complained about scratched discs they sent me scratched discs as replacements, that's why I stopped buying from them. I thought I would give them another chance but the tone of their recent communications has frankly been insulting. As you have noticed I get very angry about getting NEW discs in shitty condition and being gaslit about it so that's why I am taking every opportunity to ***** and moan, thank you for asking. I never get bored of slating poor customer service. Last edited by the13thman; 05-17-2025 at 02:37 PM. Reason: The asterisks are the B word if anyone is wondering |

Sorry, and with all respect, but you sound like a chronic complainer. I’ve never met another person in this hobby in all the decades that receives constantly and so many problematic discs like you report on here. To me it’s not believable anymore, and then your messages to this matter only sound rude, like: as you sow you shall reap I would think as a company. And sorry, I don’t say your a liar, and it’s really sad when this is your reality. It’s just tough to believe at this point that one person experiences this when we all buy from the same places and rarely experience the same.

I've been ordering from Wicked for years and never ever received an order in less than perfect condition. The one single occasion when I have dealt with their customer service, they were very friendly and solved the problem immediately. I can't imagine them being rude intentionally, might there be a slight problem in communication? Keep in mind English is not their native tongue, which might lead to misunderstandings...

I have bought TENS OF THOUSANDS of discs in the last few decades, at this stage I am mainly upgrading so it's very important to me not to upgrade from a "like new" disc to an "acceptable" disc when I am paying for "new" condition. Complaining when I get something in crappy condition makes me feel better and if I save someone else some bother that's a bonus. If I get good customer service, that is worthy of praise. If I get bad customer service then that's something I want other customers to know about because that's something I would want to know about. Quote:

Hello, you wrote to me, and we still writing right now. I suggested a solution. I didn't tell you that 'scratches are normal', but I did tell you that, according to the manufacturers, there are tolerance ranges. You had a badly scratched audio CD, and I said that we would replace it. Then you mentioned a 'mini dot' on one disc and a 'micro scratch' on another. I simply asked you to check whether the discs would play. If I had the discs in my hand, I could tell you whether the dot might cause problems in 10 years. I have dealt extensively with disc manufacturers over the last few years and visited factories. There are significant differences when it comes to scratches. Anyone who collects music CDs in digipacks will know what I mean. I was just trying to offer you solutions, especially since one of the tracks in the delivery was from a different label, which can make complaints a bit tricky for retailers. However, you wrote that you did not want any scratches and I told you that this would not be a problem and that we would exchange it. I also offered to open the product and check it beforehand, as you were concerned about receiving another scratched item. Many overseas customers request this, and we are happy to oblige. Incidentally, the scratches are NOT FROM US. We have no influence on how the goods are delivered. We can only ask the disc manufacturer to pack them carefully. I believe our customer service is excellent, as we even respond on Saturday nights. However, as we are not native English speakers, emails sometimes come across differently in translation than intended. At the end of the day, we just try to help as best we can. I would like to reiterate that we do not make excuses when it comes to complaints; rather, we try to adopt a solution-oriented approach. Every customer is different, and we respond to each one individually to help them. Of course, some issues are easier to resolve over the phone, but this can be more challenging for international orders. I like to explain things, but I never intend to be dismissive towards customers. Ultimately, either the customer agrees to the suggestion, or we find another way. So far, we have always found a satisfactory solution. Okay, okay. Except once... :P Have a nice Sunday and please check your inbox. I sent you an email about this case two days ago. However, since you have kindly offered to open and check my discs before sending them I have just placed a big order and will see what happens. I will happily buy hundreds of pounds worth of movies if I can be confident of receiving them in new condition. These days I would much rather get something that has been opened and checked than something new and sealed. Update: Wicked Vision sent me replacements for the scratched discs and also were kind enough to open up and check over everything else I bought so that's fantastic customer service. I would much rather that than get things new and sealed, which in my experience is often a gamble. I will be happy to spend thousands with them for that kind of customer service. When visiting Wicked Vision's website earlier, I saw that in July they released nineties film Fatal Instinct on Blu-ray (three mediabook covers). There are listings in the database here:
![]() ![]() ![]() And below are the Wicked Vision website page links: https://www.wicked-shop.com/en/fatal...exclusive.html https://www.wicked-shop.com/en/fatal...exclusive.html https://www.wicked-shop.com/en/fatal...exclusive.html Strange thing is, each of the listings on here for the German Blu-ray mediabooks says there is one user review, but when you click to view the user review nothing is there. |
