what do they normally do ? I didn't know this was a thing with best buy teasing people lol , Last thing I want to do is have to go to one of there crappy stores. 20 employees and none of them know how to do a return . They work on there phones .

Closest one is 40 miles , There shutting them down all over around here .

Don't know if this is still the case, but I recall with Best Buy that if you wait until early in the morning (around 1am PST/4am EST) on the day of release, you'll be able to order it online for pickup later that day. At least that's how I ended up getting a ton of sold out steelbooks a few years back. Don't know if something similar happens now, but it's worth a shot.

It all depends how popular and in demand the steelbook is. I remember this happened with the Heat steelbook last year. I just hope stock is not limited on this and I can either buy it online or pick it up in store.

Yeah that's still the case they will keep playing games till release day. Like the bogus buy now button up that does nothing.

My order was cancelled today. I missed an email of them trying to charge my card for shipping on Thursday when I didn't have enough in my account. I had gotten paid Friday though and had enough in my account but didn't read the email so my order was canceled for not telling them to try charging my card again. You'd thunk they'd just automatically try the card again before canceling it.

Hope I can get one Tuesday.

(sorry you shouldn't have to deal with that ) That's like stupid . BB has kinda always sucked in last 15 years . But the only thing I even looked at the store is for the occasional steelbook that has a better cover then the regular slip or a CD that had exclusive bonus tracks ..... long gone for cds !

They should just close up shop . what do they even sell at these stores to keep them in business , I dont shop there , I don't know anyone who even says there name anymore .

Just received from Best Buy and they actually shipped it in a nice box with air pillows

Must be overnite, as it's supposed to still be here by tomorrow.

EDIT: Today, Tuesday, this arrived on my fromt porch in a box about 12:30 pm.
Haven't opened the plastic wrap, but the steel looks great inside. No slashes or scratches visible.
