Weird shit going on. Choices are 4k/Blu-ray base, or 4k/Digital Code Steelbook. Is there an issue of this that has all three?

So a studio CAN do a "celebrates 100 years" steel without it looking like an unholy abomination AND get people excited to buy it.

In the same year no less!

Are there any other “warner 100” steels?

Besides Coolhand Luke, Training Day and Rebel Without A Cause? Not in the US.

There is a Maltese Falcon one but the US didn't get that release.

I went and looked over those again, and was surprised I missed it on a couple of those. Only Cool Hand Luke breaks the golden disc theme on the 100 years look they seemed to be going for.

It's a nice unobtrusive theme that doesn't go overboard, but still shows a commemorative theme to celebrate their anniversary.

They put those 100 years logos on every WB release now though. The shazam 2 steelbook will have one too. :/

I like it, but if that collectors edition with the same art becomes available in the US, I have a tough decision to make.

Same. It's pretty high and considering it's exclusive to BB, the price will not go down. I love that artwork though so I'll have to get it.
