No slip or booklet to miss out on, I can wait. Too many releases to buy and not necessary to pick up at time of release unless I plan on watching it right away.

I only bought and watched the bluray a few months ago - I loved it, though. Great movie. Will probably pick up the 4k at some point down the line.

I'm absolutely shocked Shout doesn't just put slips on everything. People are more likely to buy Day One at a higher profit margin rather than wait and miss out. Slips cannot cost that much to manufacture, so it's a total loss on their part.

I've never seen this movie, but that made it an easy "wait til a sale" purchase rather than a Day One purchase.

My Blu-ray was loose in the case but I don't worry too much about this. I've never gotten a damaged floater.

Looked at my copy a day or so ago and I thought it looked great. I've seen reports that some areas are too dark but I disagree. On the 4K, people walking around in darkened rooms in daylight looked better defined than on the Blu-ray, One particular scene of William Devane moving from one side of the room to the other while his wife (or gf) was talking to him looked almost three dimensional. I thought colors on the 4K were punchier and nicer looking. Overall, a very nice upgrade. No regrets.

I don't mind that there's no slipcover on this. I going to use a black case to bring out that artwork more. It's gonna look super.

I think all of the exteriors, shot in daylight, look outstanding. Interiors and dimly lit scenes were less impressive. The colors on display, especially during the opening rally, are quite vibrant. It's an appreciable, if not minor at times, upgrade.

New bonus stuff is great.
