Received my copy from Walmart in mint condition today. Was packaged with the cardboard mailer with an extra piece of cardboard next to it.

this was shipped in a standard amazon plastic bubble envelope. tiny dent on the spine corner. not a big deal

I pre-ordered day 1. Mine was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday, but it was shipped yesterday and arrived today.

Second delay notice from Amazon. The original delay date was supposed to be today. Now it's going to be delayed one more day until Thursday. They shipped it from Connecticut (to Ohio). They must be really running out of stock.

Got my Target pre-order in today alongside the 4Ks of Nostalghia & Rolling Thunder.

Arrived perfectly intact. No dents at all.

got mine on Tuesday but had a rip in front plastic that carried through to a big scratch on the front of steelbook. Sent in for a return/new copy but now they're out of stock. Going to hold on returning the one I got for as long as possible until I see they sent a new one.

Well, looks like my copy died in transit. Tracked it at least to Ohio. Last update Thursday. Amazon now says I can request a refund if it does not arrive today. Amazing. Wishing Bestbuy was back.

I've had much better luck with GRUV. They don't pack them well, but no one else seems to either, but at least they ship them early (makes sense with it being Universal/SDS)

Amazon now says it was lost in transit. Gave me a refund. Big deal, it's now sold out everywhere unless I pay the scalpers on e-bay. Bet the person who stole it has it now there for sale.

Next time go with GRUV. It's Universal, and lately releases from SDS (the WB/Universal distribution company) is shipped early from them and maybe their flimsy padded media envelopes are less likely to be stolen than the Prime branded packages...

They also have better prices than Amazon.

edit: just realized I already posted about GRUV. I do not work for them. I swear. Just had a pretty good experience with them in recent months while some other retailers have been messing up. Walmart has been decent as well.

Thanks. I also order from GRUV and Walmart. Usually have no issues with Amazon and preorder due their price price guarantee policy,but lately they have been having issues with these steelbooks. Reason why I've been shifting more towards Walmart. Last Walmart steelbook actually came in a box. I was shocked.

I'm starting to think I should just keep the one I got from Amazon with a scratch on the front. I put in for a return and replacement but have been waiting to send it back until I received confirmation of the replacement shipping.

No, you're not! Bull Moose cancelled my preorder too. I then ordered from Gruv and its due Monday.
