I just want the cases to be uniform and not like how DVD packaging started going. Weird shapped cases look out of place and don't fit on my shelving unit. Color doesn't mater as much to me as the uniformity does.

Umm, no. They need to scan the original poster art and leave it at that. I don't want anyone getting creative where it simply isn't required. Someone else was already creative, and will almost certainly come up with something better than a photoshop monkey on a deadline with a pile of noggin pictures

I like them blu as well. It fits, it's attractive looking, and they all look like that. I want them all to look the same, have the same demensions as all that.

as its already hard enough for people to get it through their minds that blu-cases will not play in normal dvd players....you want to make blu's black too?
I mean...cmon....you expect people to have to pick it up and read between the two to figure out which is SD and which is Blu?

I love them how they are now...they stand out against normal dvds just as the games do..(Wii-White, PS3-Clear, 360-Green...these are how to easily Identify the same game on diff systems)...what would ya think if they were all black with the same cover just diff title strip...thats how I feel usin black or gray would just cause confusion

I know this probably belongs in a different area but I like that there is only one standard Blu Ray case for all intents and purposes. The reason I say that is there is not much variation between the 2 or 3 types of cases out there. When I first bought DVD there were those horid snap cases which Warner Brothers still uses on older titles like The Lethal Weapon series and The Matrix.
