+1 for Casino Royale. THE BEST BOND LINE EVER. And its brilliant because its not original at all, but yet its never been done quite like that. I can watch that ending over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again. It just doesn't get old.

No doubt it is the most famous movie scene ever. Even if you don't know anything about Star Wars, you know that line.

Can't find one absolute favorite but...

In Chinatown when Jack pushes Dunaway to reveal her sister is also her daughter

The first time I watched Tombstone I think I actually jumped up and yelled right on when Wyatt Earp reveals he is not running away but has a carefully thought out plan of revenge

Just about any time Gene Wilder speaks in Willy Wonka is a special moment for me

A Clockwork Orange - "Singin' In The Rain"

From Dusk Til Dawn - when I suddenly realized that it was a vampire movie

Were off to see the wizard! the wonderful wizard of oz!

Naaa, favorite scene... this isnt very hard at all. <Spoiler warning for the movie(s) "The One", and "Cloverfield">
Either the final fight scene with Jet li VS Jet li in the movie "The One", or... of course... the part in cloverfield where the army runs at the monster with their machine guns, tanks, and multiple other weapons just to all get exploderizationalized by... an explosion. Last second get-away. I love'em.

Thought of some more - Spider-man 2, when Harry finds the goblin gear. Ocean's 11 - when its revealed how they actually pulled off the heist. Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix - the "I must not tell lies" scene towards the end (the whole theater was cheering during that scene). X3 - final scene. Plus, the ending of each Pirates of the Caribbean movie.

I can't believe I forgot the scene in my own avatar. That final march in The Wildbunch is amazing.
I just thought of another. The final shot of Sleepaway Camp. That image won't be leaving me any time soon.

Good one. Gets me every time.

There's too many for me to have a favorite, but the first one that comes to mind is the original Dirty Harry after the shootout and the bad guy is reaching for his gun. Harry says to him:

"I know what you're thinking. Did he fire six shots or five? To tell the truth, in all the excitement I lost track myself. But being this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world and would blow your head clean off, you've got to be asking yourself one question. Do I feel lucky? Well, do you, punk?!!!"

The Dances With Wolves one is definitely a classic, I always get emotional when I see that part.

My favorite ones must be from my favorite movie ever though, the Usual Suspects. It has many, since it has an unbelievable script.

Some of the best parts in the movie are the police lineup and subsequent interrogation scenes early on. And then of course it's Verbal Kint's interrogation in the second half of he movie. Kevin Spacey has some great lines.

"The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled is convincing the world he didn't exist." It's one of the greatest lines ever.

Also, " It was Keyser Soze, Agent Kujan. I mean
the Devil himself. How do you shoot the
Devil in the back?

(Verbal Kint holds up his shaking, twisted hand.)

What if you miss?"
