According to the main IGN link for the PS3 it is 06/30/2009 (look under the "About This Game" tab down the center column). If you click the other platforms above the release date they're all the same release date.
Gamespot has it as Europe March 2009, and US TBA (no particular platform). Linky Dink So it's looking like the very end of Q2 which really means beginning of Q3. That's fine with me, I couldn't think of a better game to play over the 4th of July holiday weekend. Even if the 4th lands on a Saturday, my work still gives the Friday before off. ![]() Hopefully there's no more delays. |

EDIT: If Sega breaks that timetable, that's on them. I would, also, expect some sort of notification via the press. Last edited by Ascended_Saiyan; 02-10-2009 at 08:18 AM. |

Edit: To look at it another way, if April-June is Japan's Q1 fiscal year as the author mentioned, then that would translate to Q2 Calendar year or Q3 fiscal year in the US. Based on this, logic would tell me Q1 is completely out of the picture. Last edited by red_5ive; 02-10-2009 at 05:58 PM. |

Here is the quote again from the aritcle: Quote:
The Sega announcement does not specify if a Q1 release is Calendar or Fiscal year, nor does it say exactly that it's Japan's Q1 Fiscal year. How do you arrive at a logical conclusion from this? Until this is all cleared up or we get a solid release date, I will continue to speculate and doubt a Q1 Calendar release. I will otherwise be more than happy to have the mud rubbed in my face because it will mean I'll get to play the game sooner, but I'm not going to get my hopes up.
