ust f ished watching the DVD. It was alright. Not really into musicals. But maybe when it comes out in blu I would but it. For now a rental is hood enough. A sale on blu would make ne get it forsure

No, it is a dumb movie. I wasted my money and time when I saw it in the theater.

If the musical/singing dialogs were replaced by normal talking dialogs, I would like the movie.

The movie was great! You dont even notice most of the dialogue is within a song (+ all their voices are kick-a$$)

Also, PLAY.com has a blu-ray exclusive

just watched it on dvd last night...absolutely loved it. Would buy it on blu-ray without a question.

I'm definitely buying it when it comes out on BluRay; it's been my favorite movie since I saw it in theaters in December. Of course, that requires a certain company to hurry up so I can stop dying a bit on the inside every day that there is no news about the release!

I wouldn't blind buy it, haven't seen this one yet. Will probably be a rental first.

I really wish Burton would do another stop motion like Nightmare and Corpse Bride...speaking of Nightmare, why is this not on bluray yet?

This is just not my cup of tea. I can't even stand the thought of watching my daughters dvd . I'll have to sit this one out whenever it becomes available.

Saw it in the theatre, bought the dvd

Oh how my eyes hurt. I am seeing the play tonight. And I ordered it from amazon uk supposed to come out on May 19th. We shall see. So yeah I liked it.

I agree with this quote, but it would be wrong in this case. I rented it on DVD when it came out - absolutely hated it - won't be buying it in any form new or used. Horrible musical and Deep's talents largely wasted in this movie.

I have never liked any musical until this one.
It isn't like most musicals in that it's usually only one or 2 people singing at any one time, and almost no dancing.
This is a musical that a straight man can appreciate.
I will buy this one, no doubt about it.
