It's going to be very, very faithful to graphic novel. It's supposed to have the exact same ending and not compromise on anything really.

Holy cow! I almost peed my pants watching the trailer!
I have been waiting forever for this movie to be done... and I must say, the few bits they show, look absolutely fantastic!!!

I love the Watchmen! Have all the original comic strips from way back in the eighties.

As far as Alan Moore's support goes... he hated pretty much all the movies made from his comics, which I don't understand... ok League was kind of crappy, but From Hell and V for Vendetta for great!

Off I go to watch the trailer again

Have to say that I don't know anything about The Watchmen. Is there anyplace online that I can read about this? I could look it up but I'm going to bed soon. From the Trailer at the theater it didn't look all that. Looked like another LXG. But like I said I don't know anything about these Graphic Novels.

I don't know anything about the 'Watchmen' comics (characters, story, villains, setting, or anything about their universe) and I saw the trailer at the midnight screening of 'The Dark Knight.' Not only was I left saying, "What the f#ck was that all about?" I was also left saying, "Holy shit that looks like it is going to be complicatedly awesome!"

No need to expand on anything for my sake. I'd rather be kept in the dark on the subject. Based on that trailer I'm already willing to put down my $15 to see it.

The graphic novel is fantastic. In a nutshell it is an apocalyptic, superhero, murder mystery, action/drama, set in a parallel time line. Check the link I posted above.
