No documentaries or concerts on your list! I'd vote for these:

Galapagos
Fearless Planet (Discovery Channel)
Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds Live at Radio City
Chris Botti Live
Pat Metheny Group: The Way Up
Legends of Jazz

I also think the following BD movies (often overlooked these days) look as terrific as any of the ones listed in the poll:

The Fifth Element (remastered, of course)
Seven Years in Tibet
Immortal Beloved
Meet the Robinsons
The Last Samurai
Hellboy

How about Lost Season 3? My collection is a bit limited at the moment but I thought Lost Season 3 was stunning.
How does that compare with some mentioned (esp Sunshine)?

I didn't see it listed but I went with other for Close Enounters Of The Third Kind. This is the best version of this movie I have seen, not to mention seamless branching of all three versions along with Dolby True HD AND Dts-Ma.

Thumbs up

No doubt in mind, it's HAPPY FEET. This is not my type of movie, I'm into Horror, but I watched it at a friends place it was very cool. Best thus far

I,Robot in that list and as an actual movie.
The Wild (animation) has some of the best crystal clear 3D imagery.

For live action, It's a toss up between Live Free or Die Hard or I, Robot and for CG, Ratatouille all the way.

Default Immortal Beloved

Hello

This is the only movie that I have encountered on Blu-ray that I would rate as Reference Quality.

I am perplexed whether it is the Cinematography or the Transfer Quality; it could be either, or both; I am thinking it is the quality of the production itself.

I realize that this title will come as a surprise to most, but in my viewing to date, it is outstanding when compared to any other movie that I have seen; of course, I have many outstanding titles unopened, so it will be interesting whether others are of this reference quality.

I am confidant that this will completely surprise many, as it did to me, which impresses me every time that I watch it; especially when doing Blu-ray Player Comparisons, which I do regularly in my search for the best possible Picture Quality in a player.

Hopefully some having already seen it will agree and confirm this outstanding picture quality; time will tell.

Yes; I have seen many of the titles on this list included for voting today, and this does best them easily.

I am hopeful, that this spectacular picture quality will be confirmed, and that it might be considered for listing formally, as an option in this thread, to bring attention to it's outstanding picture quality; movies of this picture quality deserve widespread acknowledgment of the efforts of those that made the film; at least I think so.

Thank You

The Chronicles of Narnia has an amazon picture. The details pop out all over the screen. I just love the way Disney puts in the extra effort with their Blu-ray titles.

Honorable mention: I, Robot, Cars, Spiderman 3, and of course the Rat Movie.

Edit: Actually all of the titles mentioned in the poll have excellent PQ.

For what's on that list, The Simpson's Movie wins by a long shot.

Everybody says Hellboy has stunning PQ but is it just me or does Hellboy not have very good blacks

especially for a dark movie.
