Thats does not sound like a bad idea to me, will need to take a vote on it and see once we get all teams in place.

I got the league setup, i would post the stat points and rule breakdowns but will be easier for everyone to check it out once they get setup. It is really similar to cbs sportsline, can even charge for trades, adds and drops and so on. Im sure some of the point totals might need adjusting.

Also i was going to make it so week 17 was not apart of the playoffs, but we could only have 4 teams advance then. Im open to any changes so let me know what you all think.

Assuming we have 12 teams, how many do we want to make the playoffs? In the 12 team leagues I have done we have always had 8 make the playoffs. Other than 8, you could have 4, but I don't think that is enough.

It is setup up right now to have 4 from each division with a 3 week playoff race.

Also the link is through easports.com, they have links posted up on the main page to signup and create a team. Not sure about the process of joining a private league as this setup is all new to me also. When i get home later tonight ill find the direct link to the main page for it.

Also we do not have to use the ea one, i thought they had some trick features through the ps3, but it seems to be only for a live draft. Though not a chance in a yahoo league will be able to have the kind of options this one seems to have. Plus it looks to have a live stat tracker which is a $10-15 dollar per person add on through yahoo.

I want it to be as customizable and FREE as possible, so EA sounds good to me. You made it private, right?

So, if there are 4 teams in each division (3 divisions) and we have a 3 week playoff, that means 8 teams are in, correct? If so, I am good with that.

2 divisions 6 teams in each and i believe it's the top 4 from each go to the playoffs. The good thing is any setting can be altered so if i messed up creating the league we can adjust to better it.

If you go to www.easports.com im pretty sure they have a direct link for signup through their main home page.
