Yeah but not the Bluray version. I can't get any Blurays from Blockbuster Online because the wait is too long, so the only Blurays I have seen are the ones I have, which is probably about 20 or so. I also have a little boy so it's hard for me to turn it up. I'll try though.

to davykn. Thanks. I have the ps3 and plan on getting the 663. So plain and simple. I set the ps3 to pcm. Set up the yamaha with the microphone that comes with it. Put in any movie with hd sound by choosing it from the movies menu. Press play, and the 663 does the rest? Someone mentioned in a different forum to set the receiver to direct. Since I already have a different yamaha I am familiar with that setting. Is this correct? I've also noticed with the ps3 that you have to make a choice on the way you use the audio. When I had an optical set up it asked hdmi or optical. Depending on what I chose I could only listen through the tv speakers or had to put on the amp. I can't do both. Will this be the Case with hdmi or can I choose the tv or receiver? Sorry for all of the questions but I want to get this right.

When ever I pop in a Blu-ray that I've seen on my system before. Sometimes after watching a DVD I forget to go into my PS3 AV settings and change it back from Bitstream to LPCM and in about two minutes while watching the blu-ray with lossy codec I automatically know I need to change it to LPCM without even looking at what it's set at. So, yeah there is a difference.
