Not in the script! Oh NOSE!

Let me clue you in on something... It is what is on the film that makes the cut that matters. Everything else is just fluff that they left out for one reason or another.

Because they did not say that he was dead (in fact they did not say anything like that) they left it wide open. Scripts are guidlines that get changed... It is likely that they left it ambiguous to leave the next movie more room to include or exclude him.

Not "impossible to bring back two-face" at BEST it is unlikely, and that is trying hard.

But its in the final script.....i hasnt been changed, that is what they shot and im sure the Nolans will not bring him back as it was never their intent to have him in a 3rd movie. You dont have to clue me in on anything, I know what I saw and he was dead.....it wouldnt make sense to bring him back if they "could" but they cant since his storyline was basically over, he avenged just about everybody responible for Rach's death. IT makes sense that Harvey died as him and rach are the tragedy's in the movie as the Dark Knight stripped down is a tradgedy. Its almost Romeo and Julianist type stuff here. Two lovers taken away from each other by opposing forces (Joker and Bruce Wayne) wheres one's death led to the others downfall....

I think they left the two face thing open so if they want to use him they can. Honestly Nolan, Goyer probably want a break from Batman and then brainstorm a great way of continuing the story intelligently. I bet everything isn't laid out or in stone.
