i've got it paused on that scene right now, mine is more clear than the picture on that site, but its just some dude. the cameo is something else according to the director

Who are you gonna believe, the director of the film or the big boss herself?

I never saw the new Hulk movie, but my brothers did and they told me there is a part during the Tony Stark cameo that you can faintly see the reflection of Cap in some glass as Tony talks to the general. Not sure if they were pulling my leg or not, I'll have to see when the disc comes out.
