Chances are that it is. And 101 Distribution HAS listed titles on amazon that weren't region free (like Taken), then made them unavailable.

I see this is an import, but is region A coded. I figured people would be going ape for this title, but i don't see much buzz about it. Is there something i'm not seeing(bad transfer, no lossless audio,etc)?

prolly alot of folks are staying away from the almost 40 dollar price... I know i am. I dig the movie alot, but will wait till its alot cheaper. I'm sure the u.s. version is on its way soon :-D.

You might be right about Pulp Fiction's imminent U.S. release, but i bet it will be a long time before we see those two movies anywhere else.

off topic, anyone hear anything about Tombstone making its way to BD? God I would LOVE to have that in my collection. Doc Holiday = FTW.

damn i was just thinking about that film last night. I watched my dvd copy the other evening. Tombstone would be a very nice addition to blu-ray.

That is the European release (Norway or Denmark, IDK). It has a DTS HD track, not HD MA just the High Resolution track unless the packaging is wrong. Some members have complained about EE and DNR on this release probably because they recycled a DVD master

Based on the improved BD of Sin City for the US market, I will wait for the US release of Pulp Fiction. Besides that, no movie is worth the premium to import. And Pulp Fiction is one of my all time favorite films.

Well I will I watch the import either today or tomorrow and let you know what I think about the PQ!

I also know that the US release will be a double disc. The import is not!

The front cover shows the distributor is Alliance which would make it a Canadian release.
