Also, I personally don't care for boxsets that put all the discs in one box either. Last week when I saw that Amazon had the 10-Pack on sale for 60 bucks, I woke up early and purchased it. The movies it comes with are Dr. No, From Russia with Love, Goldfinger, Thunderball, Live and Let Die, Moonraker, For Your Eyes Only, The World is Not Enouth, Die Another Day, and Quantum of Solace. I just got it this afternoon and its great because all the titles come in their individual boxes and I can take them out of the larger box and shelve them in the order I want, also I can complete my collection by purchasing the other titles individually and the shelving will all be consistant.
I got the set too and I am very happy that they come in regular cases. Great price for a nice set.

To the original poster, I feel your pain...

I, too, bought all three boxed sets and was disappointed when I found out they were book-like cases, and not the cool individual packaging. I even got them really cheap (like $25 a piece)... I sold them on ebay right away and ended up ordering them individually. I lost some money, but still glad I did it.

When are these companies going to learn that all this novelty packaging just pisses people off!

It's good to know that the 10-pack comes like it should. =)

I ordered this James Bond set not so long ago:

I'm actually quite pleased with it: it's just a cardboard box with all the movies in their individual cases inserted in it, except for Casino Royale. There's no space for additional cases, but I don't care about that. Since the individual cases are included, I can just take them out of the box and display them like that, if I wish.

Besides, at 59.99 USD during the Black Friday sale, this was really a steal at 5.99 USD per movie.

I was in a Best Buy in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia a few weeks ago and I saw the 3-packs for sale, except this time instead of having that book-like design with the discs on different pages that no one seems fond of, it was actually the three movies in separate regular blu cases inside the box itself, like most other regular box sets. I'm not certain when they made that switch or even if it a consistent switch as my local Futureshop in Sydney still has a couple of the regular ones with the "book" inside it.

Simple soulution for next time.
Buy them individually.
I love JAMES BOND movies, but not all of them. If I get a boxed set, I would have paid for a movie I don't like.

Default So when will the complete box set be available?

I refuse to buy any James Bond movies on Blu-Ray until they release the whole box set. If they left off the Daniel Craig films, I would be more than OK with that.

Whole box set? Craig has signed to do 8 total. It will never be "whole". It's Bond for crying out loud.

Exactly. We'll all be dead and Cubby's heirs will still be making Bond films.

The Bond 50 set (plus Skyfall naturally) will never be made obsolete though because it is what it advertises: a collection of the first 50 years. The inevitable next Bond film will obviously fall outside of that period.
