What Standard DVD's will you never part with? Why? - Page 3 - Blu-ray Forum

I'm not sure there are any standard dvd's taht I wouldn't replace for a BD with better PQ & AQ, but here are some of my fav standard dvd's:

Last Temptation of Christ (Criterion)
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (Crierion)
Rushmore (Criterion)
LotR's (Extended Editions)
Bruce Lee Box Set

Beatles:
Beatles Anthology
Hard Day's Night
Help
Magical Mystery Tour
Yellow Submarine

Arrested Development Series along with all my other TV dvd's. The Island, because I dont want to pay $50 for a blu-ray, even though I really like the movie and Scarlett Johannson.

thats one that will be hard to part with but I am going to give it to my best friend because he is just sticking with DVDs.

As for what i will keep. Probably any tv show seasons i have such as all the family guys, the office, and my season one of the original Transformers

as Blu-ray versions of movies I have on DVD (and the few VHS I have but don't watch anymore) come out I'll slowly transion to having an entirely Blu collection.
