Lucas is history. He had his day(s), but is no longer a viable "force" in the film industry.

I would buy Star Wars 3, 4, 5, 6 and Indy 1 and 3. I still haven't seen Indy 4 yet. Indy 2 was horrid.

Never gonna happen but as far as Star Wars is concerned I would like to see the original 3 plus the restored versions on each disc.

He didn't Loose anything...you mean 'lose'?
And I really enjoyed Indy 4 so he didn't 'loose' it.

For me... Star Wars IV-VI, I have purchased Star Wars I-III on DVD but never watched... so I will probably not buy them on Blu-Ray.

And as for Indy... it would be I and III, II and IV are not close to re-watch movies for me.

I used Indy IV on Sunday night... watched it again (saw it in theaters) and no interest in ever watching Indy IV again.

Freaking gophers... monkey swinging... snake for a rope... cheap looking entrance to Area 5 warehouse... lighting looks so bad and soundstage-ish...

I can practically envision him in the old folks home looking like YODA with that same tree-branch cane saying things like:

"Never come out on Blu-ray disc, Star Wars will."

Everything. Including Howard the Duck (loved the comics, love the movie for all it's unabashed cheesiness). But if the length of time we had to wait for DVD release is any indication, it's going to be a while yet.

I would say that Industrial Light and Magic (ILM) is certainly a force in the film industry. I am not sure of Lucas' involvement in the company though at this point. He is also certainly influential in THX as well.

As for my top "wishful thinking blu-rays from Lucas", these would simply be: All six Star Wars episodes.

Is this loose question for me?

Has he lost his mind? Did he lose his marbles? Did Lucas lose his way? Has the plot been lost by George? Sorry if it isn't clear. George had it and now I'm wondering if he lost it.

Don't know anything about George releasing the hounds or an arrow.

Indy and Star Wars IV-VI. After watching all six Star Wars' in succession last month, I think I can go the rest of my life without watching the prequels again. Strangely, the special effects in the prequels don't hold up nearly as well as the originals less than ten years later at the most, and while the OT is by no means a pinnacle of acting, aside from Liam Neeson the prequel trilogy is like watching an expensive high school play.
