I saw this out early a local Wal-Mart. I almost picked it up but decided to wait as it's cheaper on their website, plus the site includes movie-cash and WM stores don't.

I picked this up last Tuesday at wal-mart but 24.98 is to much since it only 17.88 on-line at wal-mart.

Great film...I'll pick it up when the price lowers. Anyone else think Elizabeth Perkins was gorgeous in this film? I was a little kid when I first saw this so idk it's stuck with me lol. My favorite scene is when they're on the piano but there's so many good moments. Worth a blind buy for anyone who hasn't seen it yet.

I still remember one of my trips to FAO Schwarz in New York and jumping on the piano that was used in the movie. The one seen in the movie is now back in its home town at Philadelphia's Please Touch Museum.

I just have to say that I can appreciate traveling places and seeing/interacting with props from movies. One of my favorite pastimes, while most people just look at me like I'm nuts for getting so excited about it.

And great movie. Can't wait to pick this up down the road at some point.

It's because we love movies and can't get enough of them. Especially props. I went nuts @ Universal's Islands of Adventure(Orlando) when they had the Explorer from the movie.

Sounds like me at Universal Studios Hollywood last month for the first time. At one point during the backlot tour, I seriously considered jumping off the tram at many points during the tour.

I wanted to jump off at the Psycho house and run up the steps, run into the house, go upstairs, and check out the prop of Norman's mother in the window when I was a kid.

We are totally highjacking this tread lol. I should make a new tread titled "what movie props have you seen?" Universal also had The Mummy Returns double decker bus and a whole bunch of wardrobe pieces from the movie. It's really interesting. You never know what they'll have out. They had cars from the Fast & the furious movies. It's worth the $75 price of admission.

As a kid i loved this movie and probably saw it 40 times, but I still have never seen the extended cut and until a few months ago was never even aware one existed. I am very curious as to know what was added!

Picked this up today at BestBuy. I had it priced matched to Walmart and it was the same price as Amazon.

I can't believe BB wanted $30 dollars for this damn movie. What a rip. Plus it was a fiasco trying to get the damn thing. I wasted 30 minutes trying to find the movie. It was not on the shelves, new releases or regular. I asked the people at customer service and they all shrugged their shoulders and I was like - wtf? After a few comments later and some more waiting someone finally brings it to the counter. I am ready to leave and oh, I have to wait for the person to come over and override so I can get the price match.

I really don't understand how BB was the top seller of blu-rays. Boggles my mind.

Anyways, I can't wait to watch this classic. This is one of Hanks best films in my opinion. The case is also that cool ECO FRIENDLY case that has the cut outs. Case does feel a bit lighter but is fine as far as protection goes. Pics below.
