Understood.....you want to make a good first impression, especially if you have an "i-sore" around your TV, LOL!

I think that before and after pics always make people appreciate your new stuff that much more. I'll be looking for the pics.....

+ 1 - Def. need to see some PICS up! Glad to see you too got the Mon. 30's as I see "Newegg" raised the Tsi100's prices overnight from $149.99 to $199.99! - Same damn speaker as the 30's, just a tad larger & the pretty black piano finish on top. Ummm, No Thanks!

In related news... I just ordered the final piece of my HT puzzle, the Monitor 30's ($119.99). They should be here Tues. or Wed.,& I'll post new pics next week when they get in & I hook them up.

(Last minor item: The Harmony One in 2 weeks - to replace my slowly, I think, dieing 670).

well she needs the wall unit for 'cabinet space' F THAT.
plus on one side of the cabinet(to the left of the tv is all of her steelers crap to match her steelers couch )

im a giants fan but i display my stuff at the office.

once i bought my btech 77 wall mounts im finished, besides the tv upgrade.
im sure AFTER i get the tv ill either work on
A) the master bedroom complete upgrade or
B) my 6 1/2 year olds room and give him an hdtv for his videogaming

theres always something to upgrade
shoot, maybe a nice 26 incher in the kitchen....lol (thats going too far though)

as far as the tsi. its a waste. if its the SAME SPEAKER why pay more for a newer model?
get the 30s, like you did, and call it a day.
after hearing the difference last night (i didnt even get a chance to run audyssey since i got my 30s a week or 2 ago) i can hear a DRASTIC DIFFERENCE.
i had 300 on with my son and he loved it too. he said you can 'hear everything now' since i got the surrounds off the end tables

when the 6 1/2 year old notices the difference = it wasnt just me 'thinking' it sounds better.

I also heard the same drastic difference once I got mine set up. I should have listened to everyone and should have done something about what I had a lot sooner. I will never underestimate what a good sound system can do for the movie experience again.

Anyway, I think you might be talking about my surrounds? If so, I ran wire before the basement was finished, so I have mine on shelves instead of wall mounts.

lol - yea, if the little dude hears things, then you KNOW either you had errr, Not so great speakers (?! ), or just seriously Upgraded what you had!

+ 1. The RM6750's were Great, can't say anything bad about them. Excellent company's beginner set-up for $200 or so - can't beat that with a stick! --- That said, Since I've upgraded also, Whoa!! Serious difference when watching stuff, mostly for BLU's obviously, but everything sounds better (TV) all around.

Okay guys -- OFF Topic a bit? Lol.

I'll put the New 30's on my end tables when they come in for now til' I can raise them up (Milk crates maybe? Lol, yes, just for you "Forsberg21" ) - or try the stands I have for the 6750's. Not sure how much weight they can hold but the 30's are only 9 lbs. so hopefully they'll suffice (though I have an idea they won't).

in all honesty i like my maple monitor 30s
they blend well on the wall and i think the blacks would stick out too much like a sore thumb
