Keep in mind that these are actually region free but are burned BD-R's, not professionally pressed discs. They are 1080i/50fps so they will only play in players that can handle that format. PS4 and Xbox One can play this.

If the BDs from this Spain-based "label" entice anyone, be mindful that Vertice Cine is a bootleg company, run by perps who think they are above the law. These HD transfers are likely sourced from foreign HDTV broadcasts, hence the utilization of 1080i and 50fps--specifications compatible only with players that support PAL standards.
I'm not trying to stop fans from purchasing these offerings, as I do find US BD releases to be highly doubtful. I'm just providing some insight. |

For those interested, the MoH season 2 Spanish bd-r are now part of a promotion on Amazon.es: 4x30 Euro. You are allowed to purchase multiple lots within the same order. I bought all of the 13 volumes for about 100 Euro (plus 5 Euro for shipping), I guess if you take VAT away it could be even more interesting (despite the bd-r media true horror).

Picture/audio quality on the spanish bdr far exceeds that of the dvd edition.
Since I don't have faith in the bdr medium durability, and I like very much the menus on these, I ripped them all to ISO images for my peace of mind. 167gb total, for those who might be thinking in buying them and doing the same. Last edited by GiorgioV; 07-02-2017 at 04:37 PM. |

Anybody has heard anything about this French release? It seems to be including only certain directors.

https://www.schnittberichte.com/ticker.php?ID=4449 I already had the uncut Black Edition of Pelts and I just ordered Pro-Life, so I can have the whole season uncut on blu-ray. Sucks that I still have to order the fourth volume just for Right to Die, but oh, well. |

I was considering the limited German mediabook of the two series by Nameless Media.
It has all of the uncut versions, including the extended version of Dream Cruise. But then I've found out that, for some obscure reason, Dream Cruise extended seem to be on a separate Dvd.... ![]() Any idea why, anybody? |

Well, I just went and purchased the Nameless uncut mediabook with both seasons, for a reasonable price (100 Euro plus shipping).
I sure hope they did a good job, and that this is the last time I'm buying this series... |

Let us know how they look! I almost got it, but ended up going with Splendid since I already have season 1. Someone on Schnittberichte called the Splendid discs ugly, but I hope he was referring to the covers, not the picture quality.

P.s. about the covers, German labels have a real talent for creating some ugly "artwork". It's uncanny. I wonder why don't they just go for the original and save themselves (and us buyers) the trouble. But at least the artwork of these mediabook is not bad. |

I have a question about the "Black Editions". Do these contain any footage not included in the original broadcast versions? I know they are labeled as "uncut", but does that just mean opposed to the broadcast cuts in places like Germany, etc?
I'm guessing that these are long gone anyway. But if anyone knows where they can still be found, please do share! |
