I calibrated my tv with DVE blu-ray version with the JVC this morning and my settings were off quite a bit. I now have excellent pq for bluray and very good pq for dvd.

I'm now very satisfied with the JVC. This morning I canceled my replacement 320 from 6ave (1st one was from amazon). No more turning back till next year when we are force to buy a new bluray player according to this article http://www.engadgethd.com/2009/06/12...-new-hardware/.

Geez.... you nailed it "Make up your mind". Its unfortunate for the consumer who has all intentions of keping a product as long as it performs properly because of people like this who take advantage of the return policies. This forces the seller to tighten up their return policies and have to take a hit for an open box item.

Out of curiousity, I visited the AVS forum. Kage stated he has his Panny BDP for sale because he is no longer allowed to return items to Amazon due to excessive returns. Haha, what a joke.
