Escalate the case with eBay. It should be resolved fairly quickly. Don't ship it back unless they provide you a return label. That's eBay policy I believe. Failing to provide you with a shipping label, they, or eBay (on their behalf), will refund your order.

Yup. Seeing this now on the Ebay Seller info page:

"What happens if the item is lost while it's being returned?

In general, whoever pays for return shipping is responsible for ensuring the item arrives at its destination. If you paid for the return shipping, you'll need to work with the shipping carrier to try and find the item. If the buyer paid, they’ll need to contact the carrier instead."

So me paying return just puts it all in my lap should things happen in transit.

It's also probably a way to discourage you from returning the item. I mean, they don't want you to return the item, as they would loose money. So this way, i'm sure they get a good chunk of people to simply abandon the return in the first place.

So, DeClutter replied again with:

"Regrettably, we are unable to fulfill your request. We cannot issue a returns label through eBay. Please adhere to the instructions provided to return the item and retain the proof of postage receipt, as it will be necessary later to reimburse any postage costs that may have been incurred during the return process."

Could this be right?

Why would they not be able to get a return label via eBay?

Just wait it out til Friday and have eBay themselves step in. No return label, then don't ship it back. You'll get your money back from eBay no problem. I've been through this before with them from Decluttr Store. Just wait til Friday and contact eBay again then.

I wish it were Seinfeld at that price! This is certainly a good deal for a whole lot of 4K television, no doubt. I'm okay with my digital version of the complete series that I got from the Microsoft Store for around $11.
