Pretty much yeah. I know this one woman who rides the bus and she has like 4 kids. And those were all within a certain time period. Basically having all those kids for the government to pay for them to live.

That's a pretty bold statement to make. Studies have shown that families on low-rent and welfare regularly continue to struggle and most do not wish to live in the cycle. They aren't sitting back laughing at the guy going to work. That's just a horrible stereotype to continue to play on.
