Hilarious.

My face hurts from laughing. Why on Earth is that one guy cringing? What he just posted is funny, actually quite funny. Somehow Dark Force always gets me to laugh, even when I'm stuck in the kitchen, cooking for a holiday, laughing just like with Bill Paxton in Mortuary and all the glorious crap he did in that movie, which is still not available in digital format. Laughing is good. But, to Dead Pit, are they going to put it up before people have to run off for dinner and fireworks because that is happening very soon on the east coast, soon after where I am currently, and in another couple of hours where half of the people here on this board happen to be. I won't be in this kitchen with a computer at my side forever. Here's hoping they are nearly there.

I can't tell if you're kidding. I'm not going to copy Walt's work product so I can view Mortuary in HD on the cheap kitchen computer, when I'm stuck in there, and that blu is never going in the kitchen, as the kitchen is no place for a special blu-ray like Mortuary. As to the dvd, that's how I watch Mortuary when I want to see it in the kitchen. What was your point?

i like dave’s new alter ego, tom. he seems...right-minded.

dave must’ve spent too much time on the CR and DF threads and its many sock puppet accounts. he’s gone full norman bates.

Glad I checked out this thread, as I would not have been up 5 hours from now when they usually go live....

Actually, I did watch the dvd of Mortuary while cooking earlier today. That's why it was on my mind. Then I fed everyone, popping back in to check the Dark Force site about every thirty minutes. Last night, while making desert, I watched the Amazon HD of Arrow's transfer of Horror Express... again. Of course, the blu looks better. Also, of course, that thing is never going in the kitchen. Recently, while making turkey meatloaf, I was watching Backlot Murders. I love blu-ray but digital has its uses and I'm glad to have it.

Yup. That was the deal of the year. Dead Pit and Point Doom for me and Forced Entry for a friend who was eying my copy just last month. The Dark Force three-pack is awesome.

Grabbed the damn thing along with a copy of Martino’s HANDS OF STEEL. It’s normally $27 over at Ronin and they had it for $17...go figure.

I guess people are right. No matter how much "Tom" pulls your peckers, people will still bend over and buy what he sells. Keep supporting bad business practices and poor customer service. It's almost like people have a strange version of Stockholm syndrome. Self control and the ability to take a stand is such a great thing. Even if I miss out on something that might be cool. I understand though not everyone can be as mentally strong. I might give him another chance once he learns how to run a business. I like to reward GOOD behavior.

^^No disagreement but I’m a fan of the movie and don’t have a choice to buy elsewhere.

However, unless they release one of the titles in my signature, which is unlikely, I don’t anticipate visiting the site, blind buying any titles, or supporting any future releases until they change a few things.
