They have put out the Mothers Day display at my WalMart. Nothing special stood out though. Mainly DVDs. They did have each season of the Tudors on blu for $35 each.

Ditto. I saw this too. Was reading up on THE TUDORS. Is this a good series? I liked the gratuitous sex and violence in SPARTACUS: BLOOD AND SAND, can I expect something similar in THE TUDORS? (OK, maybe not as much violence)

Not as much violence in Tudors but def. lots of nudity/sex etc. Mostly political intrigue and such. I loved Spartacus a lot more.

i price matched the tudors at best buy with walmart

i got season 2,3 and 4 cause i already had season 1.

That's the 1st/Alliance release btw, not the newer Warner disc.

The WB edition is like getting kicked in the nuts with a shoe instead of a boot (Alliance). Slightly better, but it's still terrible.

exactly, check out the reviews 1st before you decide to buy either the alliance or WB editions
caz i made the mistake of getting the alliance versions from hmv's 2/20 deal
and all i say about them is WOW...do they look bad or waht (its a CHEESEFEST!!!)

I figured I would post this here, starting May 6, Wal-Mart has a variety of TV seasons on blu-ray on sale for $30 in this weeks flyer.

They are:

Terminator SCC - Seasons 1 & 2
Smallville - Seasons 6 - 9
V - Season 1
Supernatural - Seasons 3 - 5

Just came back from wal-mart. I saw open season 3 with slipcover at 10$

Secondly I saw 22 bullets with Jean Reno at 14.** $ Good dropping price

All 3 "Open Season" movies were $10 @ WM yesterday. Also had Cloudy w/a Chance of Meatballs for $15.

Snow White & Beauty and the Beast are $25 each right now, both w/ Slips.

Not a bad deal on Snow White considering it's in the vault now.
