Default Walmart Canada: New Round of $14.83 Titles

Just got back from Walmart and found a new selection of $14.83 Blus. What I saw:

Patriot Games
Clear and Present Danger
Coach Carter
Truman Show
Mission: Impossible 1, 2 & 3
(singles)
Untouchables
Days of Thunder (thanks for the reminder, BLUcanadian!)

Edit: Rush Hour 3 and Hell Ride also found at $14.83.

The 2 Walmarts near me aren't known for having all the available titles, so there are probably more than what I've listed.

Also, The Dark Knight is down to $24.xx if there's anybody on the planet that doesn't have it yet, and a bunch of the titles that were previously on for $10 have been restocked at 2/$20 (Total Recall, T2, etc.)

i'm not sure how it works but i think its a little weird...i believe the selection is different at different walmarts to some point

as an example the walmart in Kanata has some 10$ blu-rays (Saw 2, Rambo, In the name of the king...titles previously available for that price) but the one in Carleton place did not have any 10$ titles

the 2 for 20 means nothing...you can buy the title by itself and it will be 10$

I do this all the time for anything i buy at walmart

you shouldnt have a problem just picking up Rambo and nothing else

Thanks! Forgot about that one! (Added to top list.)

Just a note for bigbuzz: I checked later in the evening and the second Walmart didn't have any of the new titles, so it really is hit-or-miss.

Supe: I've waiting for CAPD as well!

The Truman Show is totally worth it. I paid 23.95 on 1st week (plus used the $10 mail-in). The transfer is quite good, also THE MOVIE IS GREAT!

Some of these titles have the $10 refund coupon (there's a sticker on the front) that's good 'til Dec 31, 2009. The ones I remember having this coupon were Coach Carter and Truman.

Add Mr. Woodcock and Lucky # Slevin to the list of 14.83 titles.

I picked up Run, Fatboy, Run and The Truman Show, there was two display stands next to each other and all the titles were there.

Great prices!

The other Walmart near me -- the one that had NOTHING yesterday -- now has just these titles as well as Hell Ride and Rush Hour 3 (added to top list)

Weird.

Everyone is mentioning they want The Truman Show, but wasn't that BD supposedly defective due to a mastering problem, and Paramount didn't fix it?

Did I hear that right?
