If the edition is different , yes.

Probably better, more "standard" pictures, tho

Both Best Buy and Target versions come with promo BDs in their own separate case, with different cover art on the disc and BD cover. Should the discs be added as "The Pacific with Target bonus disc" similar to Band of Brothers with The Pacific promo, or should the promo BDs be added as their own listing? Of course I can provide actual photos (no scanner here), I just used the ones above as an example!

How do you prefer it to be done, if at all? The two exclusives come in their own individual BD cases with different cover art, not just thrown in the tin or in a sleeve. Should these have their own listings as an individual BD, three different versions of The Pacific (with XXX disc), or nothing at all? I like to keep track of all of my BDs, particularly promo BDs like the Street Fighter IV that came with the game, or these ones with The Pacific.

I own the Target bonus disc currently and bought the Best Buy disc from a member here. Should come by tomorrow. I can get photos or anything you need if you wish. I'd pass on the hand bag... unless if it was BD related. I'm a sucker for exclusives/promos.



Best Buy Exclusive: Inside the Battle: Peleliu (20 mins, 30 sec)

In the case of The Pacific with bonus discs, and also for the future if this comes up again, would you prefer:

A) The Pacific, The Pacific BB exclusive, The Pacific target exclusive

or

B) The Pacific, Battle of Peleliu bonus disc, War on the Home Front bonus disc (as their own listing)

I would say B as I own the Target version but traded for just the Best Buy bonus disc. The individual cases are labeled as "The Pacific" only and all content is labeled on the rear and on the disc. Choosing option A for me would be inaccurate as I own both bonus BDs but only one copy of The Pacific although option A may be the best...

No sir, I have officially resigned. Deci is the Site Manager

I posted that as an "unapproved post" for Deci to see only(or any other mod) and allow him to make the decision, He felt the need to approve it for whatever reason, so I deleted it before it was commented on. Now I see its back..... I guess this explains a bit of my issue earlier.

So I am not sure what power play is going on here but to you, I meant not disrespect to you. My intent of the post is every retailer has some sort of exclusive to get you to buy. Does Blu-ray.com add everyone? I mean those retailer exclusives are becoming a norm and does that mean the site start adding titles because they come with a free tatoo or a pack-along T-Shirt?

I didn't see the post you're referring to...

I agree with ya on exclusives and random crap (like a free t-shirt or purse) where there is nothing distingushable to the release. I only hesitated with this release as the promo items are actual BD discs. It's Decia's site and I don't want to submit clutter, I like to make sure it's done right my friend. Perhaps it's my BD OCD? I'm a sucker for those promo BDs, up to six now!

May I ask your opinion as to options A or B I posted before?
