Totally get the Blu-Ray. I bought the 3D pack with the digital copy and later used my DMA redemption to watch it through YouTube during a slow day at work.

But if you have no problem with getting the code from a user on the forum, go ahead, watch it, and if you like it, go ahead and get the Blu-Ray. The 2D-only pack doesn't come with a digital copy, so if you don't want 3D, pick up the 2D pack when you find it for a price you like.

I don't see much of a problem with selling the code since it counts a separable format. Though I suppose one let someone else get a secondary digital copy by redeeming through DMA/DMR and then giving someone the code to redeem via Digital Copy Plus. That would be kinda shady as the code was sold with the intention of one redemption.

Great, so there isn't even a black case of the 2-D edition of this movie?

Gotta love Disney, not only do their 2-D editions not come with slipcovers, but they don't even come in special cases anymore.

So glad I couldn't care less about the new SW movie, otherwise I'd go crazy just thinking about the nonsense I'd have to put up with in terms of lacking special features, no slipcovers,....the cheapest major company ever!

What..? Target, Walmart and Best Buy all had the 2D release in a black case. They still do? What are you referring to?

There were black case 2d versions release week. By the end of the first week though I already saw stores putting out standard blue case versions.

Yeah. Lately I have seen more blue cases than the Black ones. Luckily I found the Black case. I like the different colored cases to add some variety to the shelf. Plus this was a fun movie!

Well, unfortunately I am on Dagobah, so Traget, Walmart and Best Buy are not really close by.

I got the dark case for Ant-Man 2D at Best Buy. It's not really black, more a smokey dark grey see-through.

My wife bought me the Target 3D for Christmas, showed up after, but very happy with it. Quick question, was it just the one exclusive on the DMA: Antman-The Biggest Little Hero in the MCU or are there a few more? Oh, and definitely recommend the black case and hyper stellar shipping

The Biggest Little Hero exclusive was all that was included with the Target Exclusive of Ant-Man.

For anyone still in need of the black case, I just got a used copy of the 2D Blu-ray from Family Video and it came like new with the original black case. No DMR insert or any papers though.

The disc has a small circular sticker around the middle ring which can probably be removed without hassle.

I got the ant man 3d and 2d from the phase 2 set and the 3d version keeps popping the chapter tags on all scenes on the movie, its really annoying and turns off the 3d when the tag shows up, breaking the immersion, I want to know if its a known issue with some 3d blurays or the player or something, I am using a ps4 to watch it. Ps4 said it was undergoing maintenance today, so its mostly offline at the moment ( I read its because of connectivity issues).

Disney seems to be the only one that still uses the DTS-HD MA tracks that cause my Oppo-BDP 83 SE to crackle.

The movie was alright. The showdown was pretty cool.
