Be patient, though, it took two months for them to get back to me about a simple redemption error.
Yep, I agree. I think I may just go ahead and do that instead even though it will probably take them about 2 months to resolve the case. Doesn't hurt to try!

They're usually realy good about siding with the consumer, but yeah...it could take a few days or a few months...

At least they give you a ticket number/link, so you can check the status/updates!

Mannequin rang up as $9.96, so I had to get a price adjustment. I only found two copies in the bin.

That sucks. Mine rung up $7.88 as should be. Thanks for all the reporting my fellow dumpster divers.

My Wal-Mart must suck. It's a big store, well populated, but they haven't had a blu ray bin for months and majority of their movies are in DVD format (outside of new releases).

I guess they must sell a lot of DVDS. Why they don't care about Blu rays. Whenever I'm at WM In the electronics section. People are always looking at the $3.74/$5.00 DVD bin. But no one rarely looks at the Blu Ray $7.88 bin. Maybe once and a while. But not like they do at the DVDs.

Has anybody watched their copy of Mannequin yet?

The Mannequin thread under Blu-ray Movies mentions that early copies actually had Mannequin 2 on it instead. There was some speculation that Walmart might have ended up them. I doubt it, but I'd like to hear some on-the-scene feedback.

No reset at my WM

I'm sure the geniuses there think that since the white tag says JUN 16 that they have to put them out on the 16th. It wouldn't surprise me.

Oh well, maybe next weekend I'll check again.

Actually that reminds me when I saw all the merchandise on the floor the other day, that they refuse to actually put out, one of the boxes said June 17 but it wasn't the one labeled Value Bin.
So I'm not sure if my local store is holding off on doing the reset to the 17th or if there just taking there sweet time in putting stuff out. Every time I'm close I run in real quick to see if anything was added, have to be quick as it gets picked over pretty quick.

That is where I found Howard the Duck. It was in a box and I just took it out. Thank goodness I know everyone that works there and they don't mind me going through the boxes. I went back today and I guess they didn't bother to put them out because the bin didn't have and copies in it. So Howard and some of the other titles like X-Men, Ice Age, and Ali are probably in box in the back now. Who knows if they will ever be put in the bin or probably just shipped back to the warehouse

Yea the guy on the floor about had a conniption "don't touch boxes, you can't buy those, etc.." In the one open box was Mannequin and Howard the Duck it was about size of shoe box there was about 4 - 6 of those boxes and then there was a huge box on the bottom of the stack that also said value bin it was size of a TV box.

That is funny cause even at other stores I'll just rummage through the boxes and people seem to leave me alone. Maybe I'm menacing or something lol.

lol no skills. Just either go through the boxes and don't get bothered or ask politely and they usually don't care.
