He and the rest of the OG cast are in or approaching their 50s. Hard to believe, I know but I think after looking at his Instagram account, he's aged better than David Arquette has.

I think the reaction from fans would be, why are they bringing back a character who died nearly two decades ago.

I guess I don't understand this push to bring him back. It'd be beyond lame imo.

Well honestly nobody who's dead should come back. I like Hayden but if they bring Kirby back, it needs to be believable.

As if they would bring back Matthew/Stu. The dude is DEAD. And even if he survived S1 by slim chance, Sidney and the trio would have known or mentioned that he's still alive after all this time. If they somehow say he's been alive all this time in prison, it would not be realistic. The only way I can see that happening is if they pull a Halloween and delete all the sequels.

She has always been my 90's Scream Queen crush.

I feel like the fact that her post-"Party of Five" / "Scream" career was always more indie kept her away from the Hollywood life, out of the tabloids, and she took care of herself better than her peers. I wouldn't mind if she chose more Hollywood roles though. It was GREAT seeing her in "Skyscraper" with The Rock.

Which is gonna be funny considering she looked horrible in S4 but in S5 she will look filler-free and natural. But it will completely fit Gale's character as she seems the type to tamper around with plastic surgery.

Not to mention Kevin Williamson had plans for Kirby in Scream 5 before it got cancelled. Since he's heavily involved with this new sequel, i wouldn't dismiss a Kirby re-appearance.

Question time:

How would you feel if they retconned the hospital ending to Scream 4, since it was originally supposed to end with Jill surviving?

Say Scream 5 opens and it's revealed that all the stuff with Jill in the hospital didn't really happen, and was just one of the nightmares Sid's been having while in a coma or something like that. Jill's actually still alive, Kirby too, like Kevin Williamson originally intended and they can now complete the trilogy that was planned all along.
