I refuse to quote BuzzWoody until he changes his annoying avatar , but I believe he is right about Goodwill listing the majority of their items as ACCEPTABLE regardless of their actual condition. I've ordered a lot of DVDs and books from Goodwill sellers and they've all been in great shape, though listed as only ACCEPTABLE.

People still get credit for their donations (e.g. tax write-offs, etc.), and Goodwill is pretty clearly a thrift store disguised as a thrift store.
