There are certainly more exciting vampire films, but I've gotta tip my hat to the one that started it all. (Also the original Nosferatu -- actually a better film, but you gotta love Lugosi).

Yes they are! Love Shadow Of The Vampire and Dafoe is fantastic as Nosferatu.

Yeah, Twilight should definitely have the subtitle "Vampire movie...for sissies. The vampires in this movie are supposed to not have any fangs either. Was there any GOOD vampire film with vampires that didn't have any fangs? Oh yeah, there was Near Dark. But that's it!

Dude, take a chill pill. Calm down. Relax. Do you work for the Post Office? Man you need help, Major Help! Listen I voted for it out of sarcasm. I think ther are too many polls for Best.... of all time. I could just have easily said Dracula, Dead and Loving it ,but I didn't so get over yourself. Also I believe I said I prefferd Bram Stokers Dracula. You know the one with Gary Oldman. Now don't freak out but Twilight was good for what it was suppose to be. I do not consider it anywhere near the top of the list of Vampire movies. Man I would hate to live with you, I bet if any one in your house mentions Twilight, they have to go into the witness protection agency to get away from you.

Close call for me between Blade and Interview. Blades 1 and 2 are two of my favorite comic book movies/action movies that I guiltily watch way more than a normal person should. However, Interview IS the better movie. BUT, my vote goes with Blade (except the third one)
