I think Liam Neelson (Im sure I spelled that wrong) has a kool voice. I love the voice work he did in the Chronicles of Narnia movies.

Brian Cox has the best voice, IMO. It is so powerful and commanding. Not surprising that he usually plays historical characters like Uncle Argyle in Bravelheart and the evil king in Troy.

I disagree a little bit there. I ALWAYS thought her voice was unique...all the way back to Body Heat. Softly raspy I'll describe it. Sexy and sultry.

Not exactly Hollywood, but Sir David Attenborough sounds cool.

Awesome names so far, I have always liked Christopher Lee's voice. A young Lauren Bacal had a great voice as well.

Beyond the usual suspects......

Patrick Warburton

Peri Gilpin (Love Roz but lots of animated voice work too) Final Fantasy, Justice League, Hellboy (animated movies), King of the Hill and some more.

James Earl Jones is obvious one.

I would also say:
Mark Hamill (doubt many actors have done much more voice work than he has over last 20 years)
Keifer Southerland
Christopher Walken
Terrence Stamp

John Huston. Loved his narrations in The Hobbit, Return of the King, Battle For The Planet of the Apes, and The Black Cauldron.

Done by John Di Maggio. One of the best voice actors ever imo. He also does Bender in Futurama for some more reference. See his imdb page he has like 160 credits.
