Jason's best movie was the first... and he was only in it for 2 seconds.
I couldnt disagree with u more! If the first one was so great how come Jason's mother isnt the great icon we talk about? How come Jason is considered by many the greatest horror icon? Part 1 is great and a tru horror classic but the series doesnt start until Jason arrives and then a legend was born! Got Em!!

I think it might have something to do with the way Jason get's to make the entrance in the first one Of course it can be argue that it was only a dream but you have to admit for an entrance and ending of a movie it's classic. Make's the heart goes 100km first time you see it

Yeah, Hodder's far and away my favorite Jason (still bummed he got the boot from Freddy vs. Jason). Part VII in particular is the stand out of his 4 portrayals to me. I just love his look in that one, especially at the end when his mask gets ripped off. Some great makeup effects there. I wish they stuck with that look for the rest of the films.

No contest. Michael Myers from 1978 is king. He's the one that started it all. There is nothing scary about Freddy. Actually nothing from the 80's was scary. They did not age well. Jason...meh...he's alright I guess.

Oh for sure that was great and tru classic horror ending but I wouldnt say its the best thing about Jason! Probably the best Jason moment ever would have to be when he is first seen with the hockey mask! That was the beginning of what Jason really was! Got Em!!

Oh no arguments from me. I love the part 7 Jason. he was a beast! Matter of fact my 2 fav kills of all time are in each part 6 & 7. The first is in part 7 which is the sleeping bag kill! My 2nd fav is on part 6 when he fold ths sheriff body backwards in half! Classic horror kills! Got Em!!

That is why we need a debate on the real 3 icons of horror cinema

Dracula
Frankenstein's Monster
The Wolfman

Czar you need to make a poll about these, they are immortals

Just messing with you....I am on the opposite side, got problems with these new slasher movies which have been more the norm in the last 30 years, well since Micheal & Jason becamse popular.

when I saw the headline of this poll-- those are the names that I immediately thought of

but I;m sure a lot of the younger audiences here would not even think of those!
