I've gotten so tired of Italian food over the years, or at least pasta.

I'm no longer into spicy foods like I was as a kid, so Indian food is low on my list.

Chinese food I can't comment on, but American-Chinese food is ok.

My favorites (aside from American) are Greek and Middle Eastern.

One of my favorite ways to top a hamburger is with feta cheese, pico de gallo, and banana peppers. It sounds weird, but it's great.

Just asking, have you grown tired of Chinese food the same way you did with Indian?

Oh, and I've tried Afghan food before. It was great, somewhat similar to Indian cuisine, but still great.

I love Filipino food! My favorite is beef caldereta, but I don't like kare kare. I guess it's an acquired taste.

Is that the egg and potato dish cooked on the stove? My wife's best friend is Spanish, and she got us hooked on this years ago. I like to doctor it up with crumbled sausage and top it with cheese. Good stuff.
