It is a close call for me... I want both. At least some of the good titles I want from Paramount are already out on Blu-ray.

...after all, they are the studio that released all the Star Wars movies... I can't imagine the impact that would have if (wishful thinking) they released any of them this year!

Because of Star Wars, Fox.

But I'd prefer both.

Fox have strong catalog, more than Paramounts.
Expect Paramount/20th Century Fox on Titantic.

20th Century Fox include some MGM/UA catalogs
I am James Bond Hardcore Fan.
Aliens, Alien, Die Hard, Entrapment, Broken Arrow, Independence Day, and more. I like LOGO of 20th Century Fox better than Paramount. Also, how sound of 20th Century Fox during open squence that display of logo, of course I m deaf and I use my hearing aid (Cochlear Implant) to hear pcm or some sound during watch movie, without it I cannot hear but just feel subwoof.

While Paramount has Indy Trilogy I have to say I would go with Fox. They have been been very proactive and enthusiastic about Blu Ray unlike Paramount who has been a negative influence on the Hi-def industry on a whole. Plus Foxes releases have been some of the very best so far.

FOX over PARAMOUNT... but, ask me if I'd rather have UNIVERSAL or FOX and see what happens.

Well then, I rejoice in my delusion. Aside from Star Wars (which I personally don't appreciate), Universal have many more titles that have meaningful subtext and richly layered material in their library. Fox has plenty of entertaining films, but they tend to be superficial and sheer eye-candy. Titles that stand the test of time, for myself anyhow, are those that have more than mindless jargon within their film stock.

I definitely prefer Fox over Paramount. I always have, long before all the format war bs, but what I don't prefer about them is the prices they charge for their Blu-rays. Those prices are not very buyer-friendly.

I know that I can just ignore it, but some of these polls are really annoying. How can anyone compare the strong Fox catalogue to Paramount(one friggin movie Transformers).................and maaaayybe Shrek.

FOX, for sure! Remember, you can import many Paramount movies on Blu-ray, as their movies are distributed by various studios in different countries. I've heard that Transformers will be released in South Korea soon. So, just be patient. We will get Transformers one day.

Well. not exactly. Paramount does have Braveheart, Indiana Jones series and the Jack Ryan movies to name a few big ones. For me those are more important than Transformers or anything else they put out recently.
