Does anyone know if this series will make it to disc anytime in the future?

Netflix decided to sell this show to another company in my country meaning I would have to purchase a completely different cable box just for this show which I am not going to do obviously.

I told Netflix that we're heading in the wrong direction if I have to pirate content I am willing to pay for.

Season 3 will consist of only 7 episodes. Season 4 is announced for October with 6 episodes.

I have always said VR games of gundam, power rangers and voltron could work amazing.

Its a shame I don't have superfluous money to spend on VR. Shame the graphics look a bit too "pointy" for 2017 though.

Just finished season 4 and it was excellent. I can't believe this show isn't talked about more here.

I watched Voltron back in the 80’s. My son watches and loves the new Voltron. Maybe I’ll give it a shot if I ever catch up on my never ending backlog of movies and tv shows

Oh I watched the pilot episode just last week, I think it is a FANTASTIC adaption. Keen to see more.

watched over time, episodes 2 - 6 of season 1. I really really enjoy this adaption. and the serialized nature of the show. Gorgeous to look at to boot.

I really need to catch up on this show. I watched the first couple of episodes when it first came to Netflix and enjoyed them, but haven't watched much since.

For any fans of the original Voltron, I thought I'd share this. In addition to the current toys based on the new series, mixed in with them now are some "Voltron '84" Lions that combine to form the original Voltron. Below I have linked a video review of them.

The coolest part is that, similar to the main combining lion toys based on the new series, the black lion for this set has electronic sounds, and has certain sounds that occur when the other lions attach to it.

My absolute favorite part of that feature is when you connect all of the other lions to it, upon attaching the last one (it doesn't matter what order you attach them in), the voices go into the full transformation sequence from the original show:

"Activate interlock! Dynotherms connected! Infracells up! Mega thrusters are go!... Form feet and legs! Form arms and body! And I'll form the head!"

After I saw this review, I knew I had to get them. After tracking down the black and yellow lions, I stopped in at a near by Target earlier this week and found the other three. I was like a kid at Christmas when I combined them and it went into that voice sequence.

Was really hoping for Blu-ray but DVD (upscaled on the player) still beats watching it on Netflix with my cruddy internet.

I binged the entire series up until now about a month ago, and think it's great!

Terrific animation, writing and voice acting. Looking forward to the last batch of episodes by year's end.

I only wish they'd release a Blu set of the whole series, but, you know, Netflix...

I just finished the SERIES finale of Voltron. What an extremely satisfying show. I still think it's one of the best things out right now that nobody is talking about. It takes a few episodes to get going, but once it does, it opens up layer after layer of backstory, character development, and great action. Definitely worth the watch.
