I can confirm they don't have slipcovers. The closest you will probably come towards a slipcover is the box that contains both series.

Indeed, with both series in one boxset release is with slipcover.
Not so good to see bit this is it. Seperate cases do not!

Does somebody have Series 3? I'm watching it at the moment and I have noticed weird flickering during some of the episodes. It mostly appears in the right bottom corner of the image. Some episodes have it one or two times but it happens a lot in Episode 7. I'm wondering if I have bad discs or if it is a problem with all sets.

This is a great show for younger people (teens-20s) and I'd recommend it to anyone who hasn't watched it.

I'm rewatching the first two seasons and they are still brilliant.

I couldn't believe how awful the last season was, though...

I'm in the middle of the 2nd series. I watched these once forever ago and missed so many jokes. This series is gold.

It does get worse losing Robert Sheehan though.

Joe Gilgun absolutely won me over as a replacement for Sheehan. Absolutely hilarious and there's a lot more to his character.

I think it's funny because when you look at the comments for the first couple of episodes of the first series a lot of people complained that they found Nathan annoying. Yet when he left everyone said he was their favorite character and that when he left the show wasn't worth watching. I find myself in a similar situation he annoyed me at first just because I felt he was just to mean. He does grow on you though and he definitely made the show its funniest but he's the kind of character that I would never want to meet in real life.

The best TV characters often are people you'd hate in reality.

Hahhaha. That is funny. I didn't really like Nathan until he was gone. I do like Rudy though. A sufficient replacement.

My wife and I are just wrapping up Series 5 as it just showed up on Netflix and I've enjoyed all the series. I agree that Nathan was just annoying at first and grew on me too much in the same way that Rudy annoyed me when he was first introduced. With the series about to wrap up hands down Rudy has turned out to be my favorite character. All and all I've enjoyed the ride.

I agree it took me a while to warm to both characters. I think Nathan was a funnier character but Rudy never seemed quite as mean spirited which made him a little easier to relate to. I think one of my biggest problems with Rudy is he looked so jarringly older than the rest of the cast, but the actor was very good. I loved the show up until the end of season 3, it was just to much for me to loose the entire main cast. I did stay with it until the end but it was never the same for me.

I would love if they did a movie which I have heard rumors about. I would love to see Nathan and Rudy have a proper scene together that would be comedy gold.
[Show spoiler] I seen an interview with Iwan Rheon where he said he would return if the script was good. Which would be great if they could somehow figure out how to bring his character back after the confusing time loop they left him and Alisha in at the end of season 3.

Simon was my favorite character, and I loved his relationship with Alisha. I felt their relationship really improved her character, as I couldn't stand her at first. I feel like Iwan and Antonia decided to leave abruptly resulting in their story being cut pretty short. While Simon was a lot more confident than he was when the show first started he still didn't seem quite up to the level of superhero that future Simon was when we met him in season 2. Also I know that the Vegas picture supposedly happened off screen in between series 2 and 3 when the gang when to see Nathan, it was still pretty disappointing that we didn't get to see it happen considering what a huge plot point it was for them. One thing that never made sense was when Alisha was in future Simon's lair she seen a video of them being interviewed when they were famous. Well Curtis ends up going back in time so that never happened, and they never got famous again so that never really adds up.

I just started rewatching this on BD and I have to say the while the audio isn't great the video is just WOW. Like lots of people talk about being able to see like fibres on clothes and stuff and I watch the film on BD and I guess I can see it but it isn't a big deal. Then this, it's like higher definition than if we were with them in person. I don't think I own another BD of this clarity.

Hi all.

Does anyone here have a German blu ray (Season 1 and 2)?
How many audio tracks are on the disks? 2 or 4?
