Very cool 2-channel setup, 7miles. I also have a pair of the HPM-100's in my 2-channel system. That's a great deal you scored on them.

I would have jumped all over that too. That's a helluva deal. Seeing your pics makes me want to dust off my old 2-channel system and spin some vinyl. But that's a lot of work.

MAN I am bummed......Was told by the fire department tonight we may need to evacuate.....Do to record flooding around here. This area use to flood really bad, back in the 70's But they redid the levees around us in 1980 pretty much took a care of the flooding problem. I have levees on 3 sides of me. But this is no ordinary year it is expected to get 17' above flood stage. That is a record amount for us here, breaking a 70 year record by a almost 2'.........And that will fill my basement We have had a few folk here moving everything out of the basement we can........But I have to tell you guys I am just sick to my stomach over this. Kind of mix emotions here between being pissed and sick

Hello 7miles.

I know we haven't exchanged posts before, but I'm really sorry to hear about the unfortunate circumstances you are now experiencing. One thing to remember though, it could be worst. At least you are preparing for the worst. Your family will be safe and if any damage occurs, it can be fixed. My prayers are with you and I hope that you can come out of this pending disaster, unscathed.

P.S. I truly understand the mixed emotions though.

Great news, the flood water did not cause me any damages. I was luckier then some of my near by neighbors. I did get ground saturation. However my sump pump handled it.

Been helping the neighborhood clean up. I really do feel so lucky at this point. I really hope to have everything back in the basement though out this weekend.

I'm so glad to read you were able to avoid damage from the last flood.

Still here and doing it......Just sorta, had things put on hold.....Woke up one morning and ended up with two grand kids being placed here. A 6 year old girl and 9 month old boy. Working on adopting these 2 little jewels now. Hope to be back on track now all the dust is settling down.
